Welcome to BalanceBook. By using our application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the transactions and contact details you record. BalanceBook provides tools to track debts but does not verify the legal validity of the entries you create.

Limitation of Liability

BalanceBook is a record-keeping tool. We are not liable for any financial losses, disputes between users and their contacts, or errors arising from reliance on the data stored in the app.

Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and device access. We recommend enabling App Lock and biometric security features provided within the app settings.

Service Availability

We strive for 100% uptime through local-first architecture and Supabase cloud sync. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or unauthorized access.
